INGREDIENTS
1 cup Cilantro, roughly chopped
1/2 Red Onion, diced
4 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Dried Oregano
2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2/3 cup Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse until you reach desired consistency. Depending on what you use it for you make want it to be slightly chunky or more saucy!
