It's so versatile, you'll find yourself reaching for it time and time again. Whether you're grilling up a juicy steak, a succulent salmon, or even some scrumptious kebabs, this sauce is the perfect topping or marinade. Want to add a pop of flavor to your chicken breast or pork chops? Look no further! This sauce is truly a culinary chameleon that will take your dishes from ordinary to extraordinary. And get this: it's so good, my brother-in-law Michael Gregory can't resist eating it like salsa with chips!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Cilantro, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 Red Onion, diced

  • 4 cloves Garlic

  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

  • 2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  • 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

  • 2/3 cup Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse until you reach desired consistency. Depending on what you use it for you make want it to be slightly chunky or more saucy!

  2. EAT!
